1. Scope of Service

By submitting a claim through Altidues ("Altidues", "we", "us"), you (“Client”, "you", "your") appoint Altidues to act on your behalf in pursuing compensation from airlines and related parties.

2. No Win, No Fee

• Our service fee is 30% of the recovered compensation (inclusive of taxes).

• If no compensation is recovered, no fee is payable.

3. Authority to Act

You irrevocably authorise Altidues to:

• Communicate with airlines and third parties on your behalf.

• Collect compensation into Altidues’ designated account.

• Deduct our service fee before transferring the balance to you.

You agree not to:

• Pursue the claim separately.

• Assign it to anyone else.

• Negotiate directly with the airline without our prior consent.

4. If You Receive Compensation Directly

• If you receive any benefit (cash, voucher, credit, free ticket, etc.) from the airline after engaging us, you must immediately notify Altidues.

• Our fee of 30% remains payable even if the airline compensates you directly.

5. Non-Payment of Fees

If you fail to pay our fee when due, Altidues reserves the right to initiate recovery proceedings. In such cases, you agree that:

• All reasonable recovery costs (including legal costs) will be added to the outstanding amount.

• An additional 10% compensation charge will be levied on the unpaid fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate details and forward all airline correspondence related to your claim.

• You agree to redirect any contact from the airline to Altidues and not to negotiate directly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
